Wendy Montgomery co-founded Maximum Marketing in 2000.  She has an extensive background in non-profit management, suicide prevention, commercial real estate, and retail marketing. Wendy is one of the founders of Mama Dragons and spent six years on its Board of Directors.  She was also on the Board of Directors of Affirmation (the country’s largest LDS LGBTQ+ organization) for six years. She has been doing suicide awareness and prevention work since 2013, and is trained and certified by both The Trevor Project and QPR. She speaks at events around the country and facilitates training and awareness workshops. Her family's story is documented in the Family Acceptance Project’s award-winning short film, "Families are Forever."  They have been the recipient of several national awards for their advocacy work.

 

From 1995-2000, Wendy worked in commercial property management, as well as professional, restaurant, and retail services. She is also a licensed cosmetologist and has worked in the beauty industry for 24 years. She is a SoCal girl, but thoroughly loves living in Arizona.  Wendy and Tom have been married for 29 years and have five of the most amazing children ever, ranging in age from 25 to 18-year old twins.
